How it's done

Screen printing is a printing process in which the printing ink is printed through a fine-mesh fabric onto the material using a rubber squeegee. For printing it is necessary to produce a screen corresponding to each printing color.

High Durability and Vibrant Colors

One of the biggest advantages of screen printing is the durability of the print. The inks used are thick and sit on top of the material, providing long-lasting, vibrant colors that don’t easily fade or wear off, even with frequent use.

Ideal for Bulk Production

Screen printing becomes cost-effective when producing large quantities, as the setup process involves creating a stencil (or screen). Once the screen is prepared, it can be reused multiple times, making it great for large print runs.

Customization Opportunities

Customers can easily request custom designs, logos, or specific branding elements. The method’s flexibility allows it to adapt to various design preferences and packaging needs, ensuring that each piece can be personalized.

Eco-friendly Options Available

With the growing demand for sustainable packaging, eco-friendly inks and recyclable materials are available for screen printing. This makes it a viable option for businesses looking to reduce their environmental impact.
